This form allows student groups to request a photographer from Durham SU to attend an event.
Please aim to submit the request form two weeks before your event.
It is advised that we are unable to attend events outside of Durham city, and that we can usually only provide 1-2 hours of staff time per event.
We aim to complete as many requests as possible, but our ability to complete them is dependent upon staff availability, time and location of event, and volume of requests.
We aim to reply within 24 hours.
After the event, photographs will be edited and sent on to the society for their own publicity use. All photos be watermarked with the ‘Supported by Durham SU’ logo.
